Larry is an Adjunct Professor at Simon Fraser University and a Member of the Planning School Advisory Committee.
Larry is also a tireless volunteer in obtaining donations and technical support for non-government and non-profit organizations in Belize, and has served as an Adjunct Professor and Sessional Instructor at Vancouver Island University, and Lecturer at the Universities of Belize and British Columbia.
He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners and Co-Vice President of the Commonwealth Association of Planners (CAP) as well as a member of numerous other committees and sub-committees in national, regional and international organizations.
Larry has a wealth of international experience in community and land use and natural resource planning, conservation and protected areas management, environmental impact assessment planning, education and training, institutional and organizational development and program and workshop facilitation.
